Louise Hallett is an experienced coach who facilitates our parent coaching workshops, managing flexibility and work life balance sessions.
Louise has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and business development working for organisations including Stephenson Harwood, Farrer & Co, RadcliffesLeBrasseur, EY and KPMG, and as a self-employed consultant. Most recently, Louise has run parent-coaching workshops for Aberdeen Standard Investments, Janus Henderson, Ashurst, Kingsley Napley, Invesco and Imperial College.
She trained as a coach in 2006 and coaches both private clients and employees, supporting their wellbeing and personal development at times of transition. “I have coached many talented women who have felt unsupported by their employer at new or challenging times in their life so I am passionate about helping working parents. Life and work are so intertwined. It’s vital for a parent’s emotional wellbeing to feel valued in the workplace”
Since having children she has worked most scenarios of part time or flexible hours, stay at home mum whilst re-training and business owner, as and when her own and her family’s needs have changed over time.
Louise has qualifications in coaching and psychodynamic counselling and has regular ongoing coaching supervision with an accredited Professional Executive Coach and Supervisor (Association of Coaching & Coaching Supervision Academy) to ensure the highest standards of ethical practice.
