APPROACH TO COACHING
Louise particularly enjoys supporting employees with their wellbeing and personal development at times of transition. “I have coached many talented women who have felt unsupported by their employer at challenging times in their life so I am passionate about helping working parents. Life and work are so intertwined. It’s vital for a parent’s emotional wellbeing to feel valued in the workplace”.
Since having her 2 children, Louise has worked most scenarios of part time or flexible hours, being a stay at home mum whilst re-training, and being a business owner, as and when her own and her family’s needs have changed over time. Louise is particularly passionate about supporting clients with complex family dynamics and multi-faceted caring responsibilities and her coaching approach is very compassionate and supportive.
