    APPROACH TO COACHING
Jayme holds coachees accountable to themselves and views the process as a learning that can be applied to personal or professional situations. She helps clients to: develop self-awareness, reflect before speaking or acting, and modify behaviors to create new ways of being.

Working with Jayme as a coach has helped me to change the way I think about my leadership. She has encouraged me to pause, reflect, and redirect whenever necessary, in order to process information. I can tell that Jayme works hard to hold me accountable and seek out the right path, not just the one in front of me. Jayme is a great coach and knows what questions to ask so that I will push myself outside of my comfort zone and towards the best choice for the organization. Jayme’s coaching has made me a stronger person, a better leader, and even a more patient parent to my kids.
