    Elizabeth is one of the 1% of coaches globally to attain the International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach credential. With over 30 years of expertise in coaching and training in the UK and abroad she has a proven track record of delivering pragmatic, effective coaching and development solutions that meet individual needs.

    Her career has encompassed scientific research, teaching, lecturing, and HR, specialising in learning and organisational development. As a senior leader she pioneered introducing internal coaching to the Civil Service. Later she bought this entrepreneurial perspective to creating and running a successful business.

    As well as being a Master Practitioner with the International Coach Federation, Elizabeth holds a MEd in Education and MSc in counselling psychology and is a qualified NLP Certified Coach and Master Practitioner. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and member of the British Psychological Society, holding full Level B status and is qualified to administer a wide range of personality, ability and aptitude measures. Her extensive training included coaching supervision and mentoring; she is an accredited supervisor and an ICF registered coach mentor. This background enables her to work holistically using intellectual rigor in a way that is structured and flexible to responding to the specific requirements of each client.

    Elizabeth’s clients have included 10 Downing Street staff, Chatham House, NHS, UK Power Network, various Housing Corporations, Ministry of Justice, London Business School, BIG Lottery Fund, Hambros Private Banking and Societe Generale.

    Elizabeth works with you to create a relationship based on mutual trust and respect where you can be as honest as possible. She has no other agenda than your success. She will help you focus on evaluating the interrelated factors of the complex environment in which you function. It is about challenging yourself and building your capability to learn and grow using the presenting issue as a vehicle for this process.
