Elizabeth holds a MEd in Education and MSc in counselling psychology and is a qualified NLP Certified Coach and Master Practioner. She is a Fellow of the CIPD and member of the British Psychological Society, holding full Level B status and is qualified to administer a wide range of personality, ability and aptitude measures. Her extensive training included coaching supervision and mentoring; she is an accredited supervisor and an ICF registered coach mentor. This background enables her to work holistically using intellectual rigor in a way that is structured and flexible to responding to the specific requirements of each client.
